Client Care Specialist |
We are currently seeking a Client Care Specialist for our
Service/Repair department. There will be a small amount of travel to our
Akron, Youngstown and Canton locations, as needed (travel expenses
included).
Our Client Care Specialists are a special breed and we are looking for a
dedicated person to join our team. Do you possess an inherent love of people
--especially those who may be disabled or in need of medical care? Have you
worked in a retail setting and do you enjoy lots of public contact? Are you
able to listen well? Experience with insurance verification is helpful as
this job also consists of tracking and reviewing medical justification,
insurance verification, and back-up phone assistance. Good organization and
customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency are required. You
must possess a caring personality with the desire to help others.

Accounting / Payroll Specialist |
We are looking for a new associate to join our Accounting
Department. This position reports directly to the Controller.
This is a full time position and you will be
responsible to:
| Reconcile and analyze General Ledger accounts monthly as assigned. |
| Assist in monthly Financial Statement preparation, review, and
distribution |
| Maintain attendance records, employee loan, PAL calendar, insurance
records and forms, new hire enrollment, COBRA notification |
| Track employee review dates and pull file for Manager’s |
| Prepare payroll |
| Prepare payroll taxes and remit to respective agencies on a timely
basis |
| Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns on a timely basis (returns
to include City, State, Federal, FUI, SUI, and Worker’s Comp returns) |
| Annual preparation of W-2’s and tax return reconciliations |
| Maintain Daily Desktop banking reports and updating of “Daily” cash
spreadsheet |
| Petty cash and manual check back up |
| Bank Reconciliations |
You will also assist in the daily operation of the Accounting Department
as a whole. We need an individual who has the ability to maintain a high
level of accuracy in performing all essential duties.
You must have:
| Experience with payroll software, data entry, month end/year end
reconciliations |
| Working knowledge of general ledger and experience with journal
entries and month end/year end reconciliation of accounts |
| Experience with cash management and bank reconciliations |
| Proficient in Microsoft Office- specifically Excel |
| Experience or knowledge of MAS200 accounting software a plus |
